Rice Pudding | Slow Cooker

There are endless recipe choices when it comes to slow cookers but did you know that you can even try cooking deserts in them? Check out this easy Rice Pudding recipe.

What you’ll Need:
Nonstick cooking spray
4 cups cooked rice
112 ounce can evaporated milk
1 cup milk
1/3cup sugar
1/4cup water
1 cup raisins, dried cranberries, and/or dried cherries
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon vanilla or vanilla bean paste
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method:
1. Lightly coat the inside of  your slow cooker with cooking spray; set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, evaporated milk, milk, sugar, and the water.
3.Stir in raisins, butter, vanilla, and cinnamon. Transfer mixture to the prepared cooker.
4. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 2 to 3 hours. Stir gently before serving.
