Re-purposed Baby Food Jars

Yes, I admit it I use baby food in jars on occasion and my baby loves it just as much as home cooked… **gasp.

If your like me and seem to keep them, wash them out and store them you may be wondering what the hell you could do with them. There are some really simple re-purposing ideas for jars like reusing them for vases, paint pots, home made jam’s and even home made goodies like the Rainbow Jar cakes but what else can you do? Well here are some fun and nifty ideas we’ve found:

Mini planters

How about making your own herb garden using your little jars?

Get the kids to plant a seed and watch it grow, make a Grass head and add some eyes and features.

Jar Lid Magnets

Lastly if your looking to reuse just the lids why not create some of these fridge magnets like these ones we found via notimeforflashcards.com

You could alternatively add photo’s or make your own star reward magnets.
