Disney’s Tinker Bell and the Secret of the Wings

Can you imagine Tinker Bell’s sister?! Imagine no more, when you meet Periwinkle in the fourth Disney Fairies Movie – Secret of The Wings in cinemas nationwide on September 20.

Not only do you get to meet Periwinkle, but also her friends the Winter Fairies.

I have to say that so far, this is the best Tinker Bell movie, which was unanimously agreed on within our family.

It starts off with Tink wanting to go to the Winter Forest, but when she crossed the border for a few minutes her wings became frozen and she had to get them fixed. She devised a plan, as only Tink can, to go to the Winter Forest without damaging her wings and there she found her sister, Periwinkle.

Not wanting to be separated after finally meeting each other, the two fairies try to come up with a way to stay together, but there are dire consequences, both for the fairies and Neverland.

The usual characters are there with a few new ones added in, the themes of friendship and helping one another are throughout the movie as well. There’s lots of excitement and suspense, my little four-year-old fairy was literally sitting on the edge of her seat during some of the movie!

It’s a great movie, lots of fun and definitely one we’ll be watching again (and again and again, you know how preschoolers are!).

JustMe

Hi I'm Sarah, mum to three little people, The Boy (born 2005), The Girl (born 2008) and The Baby(born 2012) and wife to my high school sweetheart. We have two little embryos on ice waiting for the right time to come home with us, yep we are IVF parents to both The Girl & The Baby, The Boy was a miracle who was conceived when we were planning our first round of IVF. My blog is a small place in the universe where I can be me. Sure I write about my kids, a lot, but this is my place where I don’t have to be mummy or wife or worker. I can be JUST ME. I think I may be a little addicted to the internet, you can find me (often) on Twitter or on my blog’s Facebook page
