Cheeky Charlie’s New Lunchbox Juice

While whole fruit is the best choice, certain types of fruit juice can be a healthy part of your child’s diet. Premium beverage company Charlie’s have created a new juice for kids – the first of it’s kind in Australia.

The healthy and convenient drink is made from 50% real fruit juice (not from concentrate) and 50% pure water plus it comes in a lunchbox friendly pouch that can be served chilled or put in the freezer to thaw in time for a slushy by lunch time.

Charlie’s worked with a group of kids on the new juice drink and they have given the flavours and packing the thumbs up. “We’re all about honest juice and you can’t get more honest than kids”, said Charlie’s CEO Stefan Lepionka.

Apple and Orange flavours are in store now and the kids have already had their say about what other flavours they want (but that’s a secret). They also love that the drinks come in pouches – and most importantly that they go ‘BANG’ when you stomp on them!

Charlie’s is all about good old-fashioned honest fun, but they’re serious when it comes to what goes in each pouch. With rising levels of issues such as tooth decay and obesity amongst so many kids, this mix of pure not from concentrate fruit juice and pure water is a first. Charlie’s never add concentrated juice, sugar, colours or preservatives to any of their juices.

Charlie’s are also convenient as it saves Mum and Dads time diluting fruit juice, which is often a little tricky when on the run.
